The basic aim of the Methodist Society in India is to Provide Higher education for the Society and the women. Keeping this objective, The college has its on Management Committee called Board of Governors.  

The college is Recognized by National Council for Teachers Education, Jaipur (Rajasthan) and is affiliated to the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna University, ( A Central University ) Srinagar , Garhwal (UK). The Minority Status was granted by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions. Govt. of India. New Delhi. The faculty is well qualified and is regular.
